ROLEPLAY |
|
Xperient LLP |
I have set up my own communications skills consultancy with
colleague Ian Sanders: ‘Through our extensive work in Learning and
Development, we have come to realise that the key to effective human
interaction lies in
how we ask questions. We have
also found that learning through experience is more robust than any of the
more traditional forms of training delivery. We are different because, as
workshop leaders, we can take on many roles – not only as facilitators but
also as role-players, actors and improvisers. Working in partnership, we
move between these roles to illustrate learning points for the group. This
illuminates the learning in an unusual way which is both lively and
engaging. The flexibility of our skills means that we can adapt to provide
the best learning styles for that group. Our versatility also makes us very
good value for money.’ Go to
